If unfortunately this is not the case, please pay close attention to the following information about our returns policy. At MadridManso you can exercise your right to return your purchased items as long as you follow the following steps and comply with our conditions:

First of all, keep in mind that you have 14 working days from the moment you receive your order to make any type of return.

● Contact us at the following email address: info@madridmanso.com indicating in your message the following information about the item you wish to return: order number, name and surname, email address with which you made the purchase and the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our services and products.

● The products you wish to return cannot have been used, have defects or damages (stains, tears, etc.), and must be returned with the labels and packaging with which you received them.

● Your refund will be made within the next 20 business days after receiving and reviewing your return. The original shipping cost will never be refundable.

The cost of the return will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, except in the case of defective products. In this case, the item may be replaced instead of refunded.

Compliance with the above conditions is essential for your return to be successful. MadridManso reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products sent outside the return period limit.

If your return, once received and reviewed, does not meet the conditions mentioned above, we will contact you to send you the unaccepted items again, with the costs generated by said return falling on the buyer.
